Returns & refunds

All artworks are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@azerothart.com
 and include clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered production.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Exchanges

Because each artwork is made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Please note that this right does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order goods, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
